Bronze Age Thorn
This is the newest version of the Thorn (the smallest EDC blade I make). The updated design has a slightly larger blade (about 1/4” longer cutting edge). This particular Thorn is forged from Stainless San Mai made from 80CrV2 and 410 Stainless showing that beautiful black carbon steel edge contrasting with the shiny stainless steel. The handle scales are antiqued bronze scales with peened stainless pins. I made a slim leather pocket sheath from high quality 7oz wicket and Craig skirting leather with an Ulticlip Slim 3.3 to retain it at the top of the pocket.
